The owner chose this condo for its amazing view and then did extensive renovations. The views are unparalleled. You have two balconies, one with unobstructed views of the Mountain Range. You enter the generous living space, then the dining area and newly updated Kitchen. Beyond that, you enter a large bedroom with a spectacular new bathroom. You will have two smart TVs and all the comforts of home.
House Rules
Guests will be sent the Condo Association rules electronically. They are expected to follow these rules or be subject to removal. Guests are also responsible for any fine levied against the owner due to the Guests' actions.
Other Details to Note
This Condo is on the top floor. There is an elevator from the Ground Floor to the middle level, but you have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach this home.

Guest Access
We use an electronic door lock with a code created just for you. You will also have keyed access to the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and the convenient on-site laundry. *When you first arrive, you will use a key located in a KeyBox at the entrance gate. Instructions will be sent shortly before arrival. You will immediately put this key back in the lock box and tumble it. Once you are in the unit, you will have 2 Laynards with keys for the entry gate, the laundry room, and the Pool and Tennis Court areas.
Find us
You are a short walk 5-minute walk to the heart of Palm Springs. Unless you plan on longer trips, for instance Joshua Tree, you really don't need a car. Ubers are reasonable and the grocery store, Ralphs, delivers.
